Customer Experience Analytics Intern

Role Objectives:
As a Customer Experience (CX) Analytics Intern, you will help collect and analyze customer feedback to improve their experience with our company. You will work with different teams such as Marketing, HR Tech, and Digital Experience Transformation (DXT) teams to support customer experience projects.
Job Description:
- Support in managing the customer survey system.
- Collect, review, and analyze customer feedback, then share results with related teams to help improve services.
- Follow up & work closely with Digital Experience Transformation (DXT) team to improve and update the system.
- Support in updating and checking customer contact details (name, email, VIP level, etc.) with other departments.
- Track customer feedback results (such as NPS, CSAT, and survey response rate) for different departments.
- Prepare and send monthly reports to related teams.
- Assist in running customer experience projects:
- Help manage project timelines and schedules.
- Support admin tasks such as gathering data, preparing emails, arranging meetings, etc.
- Help prepare and improve customer communications (email templates, customer lists, sending emails, etc.).
Requirement:
- 3rd or final year university student majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, English, Economics and relevant. The expected graduation date should be in 2026.
- Must have student confirmation/letter of internship introduction from university.
- Able to work full-time in 6 months.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer feedback data.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross functional teams.
- Interest in customer experience, digital transformation, and data analytics.
