We are looking for the candidate for HRO Consultant, located in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
JOB PURPOSES:
Consultant of HR Outsourcing will be responsible for managing activities related to contractors contain labor management, Payroll Processing, Consultancy. Works closely with clients and contractors to produce services exactly and in a timely manner.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Be responsible for target set for self
- Follow up payment of clients.
- Follow up payment to contractors
Customer Services
- Visit clients to get the inquiries and information if required
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide quality service
HR Outsourcing Function
- Manage all activities related to the contractors contain Onboarding and Off Boarding Process, Labor Management, Payroll Processing, Consultancy, Insurance, PIT finalization.
- Answer inquiries from contractors and clients.
- Arrange Annual Health Check for contractors.
- Contact relevant internal departments for special request from clients.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Graduated from University/College
- 2 years of human resources experience with emphasis on compensation and benefits
- In addition to the above requirement, preferably in other areas in HR management or Service industry
- Good knowledge of payroll works
- Proven good customer service skills
- Ability to do multi-tasks and attention to details
- Ability to work independently, proactively under high pressure and good problem solving
- Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Good planning, time management and organization skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
