Role Objectives:
- Implement strategic direction, support building new products and ensure operational excellence of Rewards Consulting.
- Join in developing and delivering key Rewards consulting solutions, such as Salary Structure Consulting, Bonus Allocation, Benefits Scheme Design & Review, Performance Management System, etc.
- Develop important business development documents and project delivery documents of HRC Rewards such as: costing sheets, presentation slides, quotations, proposals, contracts,…
- Represent Talentnet in BIG seminars, events, … to new MEDIUM, SMALL clients about Rewards consulting service (VN & EN).
Job Descriptions:
a. Business Development:
- Meet MEDIUM, SMALL clients to process Business Development (BD) for HR Consulting (HRC) projects, surveys, and training related to Rewards.
- Suggest solutions (project scope and fee).
- Develop important BD documents of HRC Rewards: costing sheets, presentation slides, quotations, proposals, contracts, …
- Represent Talentnet as a speaker for MEDIUM, SMALL seminars, events (VN & EN).
b. Surveys:
- Support working with BIG or DIFFICULT clients to finalize final data if needed.
- Review data of lower level if needed.
c. Process Improvement & New Services Development:
- Provide inputs to improve HRC forms, report templates.
- Input, support to build and implement new services or improving current services related to HRC.
d. HR Consulting:
- Be responsible for a MEDIUM, SMALL HRC Rewards project from timeline to quality and customer satisfaction.
- Support BIG HRC Rewards project to review market research, data analysis, draft report.
e. Training: Conduct public training or corporate training.
f. Team Development Support: Manage, coach / mentor, motivate project team members to optimize resources.
Who are we looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management / education / business administration.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR or minimum 3 years of experience in HR Consulting.
- Advanced levels of speaking and writing (VN & EN), can lead a meeting with expat clients.
- Relevant certifications such as WorldatWork, Mercer, SHRM, etc. is nice to have.
