1. What does my registration fee include?
Your registration fee includes:
a. Transportation between companies during the program
b. Meals occurring within the visits

2. What does NOT include in my registration fee?
Your registration fee does NOT include:
a. Visa application fees
b. Personal transportation outside of the itinerary (including flights from and to Sweden)
c. Accommodation, meals, beverages, of personal natureYou will need to apply for Visa, and book the flights yourself.

3. When do I need to complete my payment?
All payments must be paid before August 25th, 2023. We can’t extend the deadline for any Registration.

4. What should I know about Sweden Visa?*
a. Sweden requires Schengen Visa. You can either apply for Short Term Visa (up to 90 days stay) or Business Visa.
b. Processing time for Schengen Visa usually takes 15 working days. But in individual cases, it can be extended up to 45 days. We strongly advise you to apply for Visa before August 01st, 2023 at latest to have visa result before finishing your Booking payment.
c. Visa fee: EURO 80 or VND 2,000,000**. Furthermore, Visa Application Centre can charge another VND 1,500,000** for service & logistic fee.

5. What if I want to cancel my Registration?
If you wish to cancel your Booking, contact Ms. Bich Lieu at: nguyen.t.bich.lieu@talentnet.vn
However, we shall not be obliged to refund your money paid, except in Force Majeure events*Learn more -
6. Can I transfer my Registration?
Yes, you can. You can send a request to Ms. Bich Lieu at: nguyen.t.bich.lieu@talentnet.vn but not later than September 05th, 2023.
