    • HCMC Office: 9F, Vincom Dong Khoi Tower, No.72 Le Thanh Ton, Ben Nghe, District 1
  • Reporting To: Head of Department

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build relationships with mid- and high-level decision makers in named accounts, collaborate with customers, and act as the primary owner of office-level projects to support the achievement of order and revenue targets.
  • Proactively gain insights into the current status and development trends in the industries of corresponding premier, strategic, and core customers.
  • Effectively present the business value of solutions to customers.
  • Responsible for overall satisfaction and relationship management with key customers.
  • Ensure a solid understanding of customers’ requirements and current market information.
  • Participate in activities to strengthen brand establishment.
  • Explore opportunities to achieve sales targets in collaboration with the pre-sales team.
  • Proactively deliver new sales.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master key communication points regarding new scenarios and support business development for premier, strategic, and core named accounts.
  • Knowledge Requirements:
    • Strong knowledge of core products: server, storage, router, switch, Wi-Fi, etc.
    • Good command of scenario-based industry solution knowledge.
    • Basic understanding of enterprise project operations.
    • Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in selling ICT products such as servers, storage, networks, and Wi-Fi systems.
    • Ambitious, energetic, independent high achiever who thrives in fast-paced environments.
    • Resourceful with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Effective communication in English is a must.
    • Familiarity with international trade, law, business management principles, credit collection, financial management, and bidding procedures.
