KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- GTM (Go to Market) project management. Help the GTM Manager and Director to follow up the GTM execution plans (product launch and phase out, price and promotion);
- Product management support. Learn to be the product expert for certain product category and help GTM & sales team to present product customer;
- Support GTM and sales team to prepare Incentive & Joint-Marketing plan;
- Routine intake, sales and inventory Data analysis;
- Business plan design, analysis and calculation of project costs and expenses;
- Review and decision support, organize and participate in relevant process internal control work.
- Other related tasks assigned by Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in GTM stratagy or product-related role, such as product management or product support or product marketing.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese and Chinese; Both of Chinese and English is a strong advantage.
- Education Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in business related field or above.
- Skill Requirements
- Familiarity with the product's technical aspects, with a preference for candidates with a technical background or product knowledge relevant to the industry.
- Strong willing to learn and grow capability in consumer electronic business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder management, with the ability to clearly and simply communicate complex concepts to various audiences.
- Strong analytical, precise, systematic and patient to solve a problem;
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to manage time and work independently effectively.
