Are you a strategic marketing leader with a deep understanding of the construction sectors? We're looking for a Marketing Director to lead our brand, communications, and go-to-market strategies across all channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to support business growth in real estate and construction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, sales, and business development to align marketing with commercial objectives.
- Manage the marketing team and external agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends and opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience (8+ years) in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role as Head of marketing or Marketing Director within the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
