The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the organization's supply chain and aftersales operations, master data and process improvement, as well as HR, administrative, and staff management duties. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal operational flow, enhance data integrity, streamline processes, and maintain a productive work environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Supply Chain & Aftersales Operations Management:

  • Oversee the end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods and services.
  • Develop strategies to optimize inventory control and reduce wastage.
  • Lead aftersales support services, ensuring high customer satisfaction and swift resolution of any issues.

2. Masterdata & Process Improvement:

  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of master data across all systems.
  • Identify areas for process improvements and lead initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement and monitor process changes to drive organizational improvements.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to enhance systems and data usage.

3. HR & Admin:

  • Oversee recruitment, training, and development to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Manage employee relations, including performance evaluations, conflict resolution, and adherence to labor laws and policies.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and other HR functions.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are conducted smoothly and in compliance with organizational policies.

4. Staff and Office Management:

  • Lead, motivate, and supervise staff to ensure they are providing high-quality service and meeting organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement staff training and development programs to enhance skills and productivity.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure they are well-maintained and meet the needs of staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to provide a safe working environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management, with a strong background in supply chain management and process improvement.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using office software and technology systems.
