- Taking over Production activity including as: Make and follow production plan for Injection line, Assembly line, follow production result( 2h/time), line balance ( Daily), and manpower control ( Daily).
- Quality activity management of department: Improvements and follow up quality issue 2h/Time, and meeting with relater department to improvements trouble.
- Control safety activity in the department as: Line patrol, 5S Rules, fire prevention activities patrol.
- Summary and analysis production data (Quality issued, production result, customer claim, line stop time),OEE and make action for improvements.
- Calculate Man power, Man – Hours for production line and make plan reduce Man – power every month.
- Setup KPI and control KPI to achieve target of factory.
- Saving costs and budget control with Factory manager by planning and implementing improvements and follow up - evaluate every week .
- Control production activities for in production Department as production plan, quality, operation ratio, loss time control, NG rate, safety, 5S, speed loss, line balance...
- Control maintenance activities in the production department such as: Making maintenance plans (Short-term plans, Mid-term plans and Long-term plans and monitoring TPM activities (Total product maintenance).
- Promote continuous improvement of production areas, machinery, factories and related processes to improve productivity, quality, safety, and minimize production costs.
- Manage about bottle neck issue in production line such as activities:
- Balance the production line: Focus 7 waste to improve the line's operating efficiency
- Reduce cycle time: through eliminating seven types of waste in production
- Reducing Man power: in production through eliminating 7 waste as well as optimizing production processes
- Improve production quality: through quality monitoring activities in each production line, statistics and analysis of daily quality index developments to take immediate action to prevent Prevent, monitor and improve employee operating skills
- Saving production costs and budget control with Factory manager .
- Solve emerged problems during production as 4M: Machine, Method, Man Power, Material…
- Meeting with all department when have new model and the make plan for the tryout new model, prepare document for department.
- Make training plan and training for staff in department.
- Make weekly, monthly, yearly report to manage as: Man – power report, productivity report, loss, waste, cycle time report.
- Setting up new factory, new line form beginning to mass production.
- Setting up layout and part flow for production line.
- Make production plan for production: Injection molding line. Assembly plastic line, .....
- Control production activities for in production Department as production plan, quality, operation ratio, loss time control, NG rate, safety, 5S, speed loss, line balance...
- Repair and maintenance machine, auxiliary equipment when have problem and Cooperating with all group in factory make preventive action.
- Monitor operation of assembly line as: Balance line, efficiency line, cycle time, loss speed and make kaizen ( reduce cycle time, Balance line) when have problem.
- Calculate Man power, Man – Hours for production line and make plan reduce Man – power every month.
- Solve emerged problems during production as 4M: Machine, product quality, Man Power, Material…
- Carry out production innovation activities as make jig automation to reduce cycle up productivity.
