QC Manager

- Manage overall factory quality operations, including IQC, PQC, QA, OQC, and Project Quality, with a team of over 100 personnel.
- Develop and implement quality strategies to ensure a balanced approach across Quality – Delivery – Cost.
- Operate and continuously improve management systems in compliance with international standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and VDA 6.3.
- Lead customer complaint handling, conduct root cause analysis, and apply problem-solving methodologies including 8D, PDCA, and DMAIC.
- Conduct internal audits and supplier audits, as well as propose and follow up on improvement action plans.
- Work directly with global customers such as Samsung, Hyundai, Bosch, Apple, and Sony.
- Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering disciplines, with at least 10 years of experience in quality management at large manufacturing plants, including a minimum of 5 years in a Head/Manager-level position.
- Solid knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and Lean Six Sigma; candidates holding VDA 6.3 certification or Six Sigma Black Belt are preferred.
- Strong team management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluent proficiency in Korean language.
