Senior Officer
Apply nowMain Tasks:
- To establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with an assigned portfolio of corporate customers, mainly Japanese clients, in order to grow business, achieve or exceed assigned targets, and ensure good credit quality of the customer portfolio.
- To coordinate with relevant departments and functional divisions to develop business strategies and account plans, propose effective banking solutions (Deposits, Foreign Exchange, Trade Finance, Loans, etc.), and execute sales and promotion activities.
- To supervise customer transactions to ensure service quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance with local regulations and bank procedures.
- To set up credit facilities by preparing and reviewing credit applications, analyzing clients’ credit profiles, proposing facilities, and presenting cases to the Credit Division/Credit Committee for approval, while monitoring the soundness of the assigned credit portfolio.
- To negotiate contractual documents with clients and prepare required business and performance reports.
- To perform other business tasks as assigned by the Line Manager or Department Head in line with the branch’s vision and strategy.
- Requirements:
- University degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in business development/promotion in local or foreign banking; position level will depend on experience.
- Strong skills in financial statement analysis.
- Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles.
- Native Japanese speaker with fluent English, particularly in writing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong teamwork spirit, responsibility, initiative, and hardworking attitude.
- Proficiency in office computer applications.
