SITE MANAGER (HAU GIANG)
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Overall Production Management
- Responsible for comprehensive management of production operations, cost control, equipment management, and product quality control to meet market demands and ensure business efficiency, in alignment with the company’s short-term, mid-term, and long-term strategies.
- Manage, supervise, and coordinate with key positions in the production department and related stakeholders to ensure production targets in terms of output, quality, and efficiency are achieved.
- Develop appropriate plans to oversee all aspects of the production process, including standard consumption, cost control, and production schedules.
- Monitor the production process to ensure consistency, compliance with regulations and product quality standards, and promptly detect and address quality-related issues.
- Manage production equipment and infrastructure to ensure regular maintenance and upgrades, optimize equipment capacity, and minimize breakdowns that may impact production.
- Analyze production data and proactively propose improvements to production processes to reduce waste and optimize resource utilization.
2. Compliance with Laws and Internal Standards on Environment, Occupational Health and Safety (EOHS), and Security
- Manage workplace safety during production. Develop monitoring mechanisms for equipment to ensure safe operations.
- Develop policies and preventive measures to minimize risks and respond to emergency situations related to Safety, Health, Environment, and Security (SHES).
Establish procedures for security control, protecting assets, information, and personnel. - Monitor and improve wastewater, exhaust, and solid waste treatment processes. Propose initiatives on energy saving, recycling, and sustainable development.
- Foster a positive, motivational, and professional working environment.
Investigate root causes and handle incidents related to SHES, proposing preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
3. Internal Processes / Compliance
- Tasks and objectives are determined based on the department's strategic goals or assigned by superiors, according to OGSM/KPIs.
- Must be implemented and complied with based on approved annual objectives.
4. Customer Care / Customer Satisfaction

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
- Minimum 5–7 years of management experience in manufacturing plants, particularly in the beverage or food industry.
- Deep knowledge of EOHS, warehouse management, production, security, and logistics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and office IT tools.
- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
