We are looking for a candidate for Human Capital Solution Junior Principal located in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.

Role Objectives: 

The Human Capital Solution Junior Principal is responsible for ensuring high-quality execution of People & Organization Consulting projects, acting as the delivery backbone through structured coordination, internal capability building, and quality assurance. This role bridges strategic consulting frameworks with operational implementation to deliver consistent client experiences and foster internal efficiency.

Job Descriptions: 

a. Project Execution

  • Coordinate and deliver People & Org consulting projects (e.g., L&OD, KPIs, Talent Management), ensure quality outputs

b. Proposal & Product Development

  • Co-develop proposals, quotations, templates, and tools aligned with client needs and internal methodologies

c. Content Development

  • Enhance training and consulting content, standardize templates for various audiences and use cases

d. Operational Support

  • Track project milestones, manage documentation, support resource and cost planning
Who are we looking for: 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 5–7 years of experience in HR-related work, with strong exposure to internal HR operational (L&OD, performance, talent development).
  • External HR consulting experience is a plus.
  • Certifications: SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent preferred.
  • Solid understanding of HR domains (L&OD, competencies, performance management).
  • Strong coordination and execution skills; detail-oriented and organized.
  • Able to write and review consulting materials with clarity and consistency.
  • Excellent communication in Vietnamese; intermediate to advanced English preferred (especially for reviewing/editing bilingual documents).
  • Comfortable working with templates, frameworks, and business documents (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • The ideal candidate possesses a Growth mindset, demonstrating a proactive approach to learning and improvement. S/he is resilient, open to feedback, and continuously seek opportunities to innovate and drive personal and team development.

  • The ideal candidate must have these general competencies: HRM Overview Knowledge, Product/ Solutions Knowledge, Client Management, Project Management, Operation Management, Problem solving & Decision making.
