We are looking for a candidate for Talent cum Operational HRBP Specialist located in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.

Role Objectives: 

The Talent cum Operational HRBP Specialist will play a pivotal role in executing the Talent Management and Performance Management agenda, while ensuring seamless HR operations for assigned business units. Reporting directly to the Talent, Learning & Organizational Development cum HRBP Manager, this role is responsible for supporting and driving key talent initiatives including the annual Talent Review, Key Talent Program, Trainee/Internship pipeline, and Individual Development Plan tracking. The incumbent will also lead the implementation of the Performance Management process across the business, acting as a facilitator, technical advisor, and quality monitor throughout the cycle. In addition, the role will function as an operational HR business partner, providing timely and effective support across the full employee lifecycle and serving as a key liaison between business functions and the broader HR team to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.

Job Descriptions: 

a. Talent Management & Development – Planning Support & Implementation: 

  • Talent Review: Contribute to the execution of the annual Talent Review cycle, including logistics arrangement, driving completion rate, filing & audit, building slides, handouts.
  • Key Talent Program: Follow-up & consolidate, report to ensure the completion progress of program
  • Execute & drive Trainee/ Internship program to ensure healthy bench strength.
  • Individual Development Plan (IPD): Consolidate, track and drive for completion rate and its quality.

b. Performance Management – Execution: 

  • Performance Management Process: execute performance management cycle by communicating, building slides, handouts,… facilitating PMP training for staff level and monitor, drive for completion rate & its quality.
  • Performance Management System: ensure the effectiveness of PMP platform supporting PMP process as technical advisor.
  • Performance Improvement Plan (PIP): ensure PIP process in well place of implementation for poor performance cases (documentation, completion rate)

c. Operational HR Business Partner: 

  • Provide operational daily HR support for designated functions.
  • Monitor and ensure timely and accurate execution of all people lifecycle activities (e.g., onboarding, probation, exits, contract renewals, learning nomination).
  • Act as the primary liaison between assigned business units and various HR functions, escalating critical issues and providing insights that could influence People Agenda.
Requirement: 
  • Bachelor’s degree major in HR, Psychology, BA or People/ Economics majors related.
  • 2-4 years of working experience in Talent & Performance Management. Having experience in HRBP, Internal Communication is preferable.
  • Proficiency in business working environment. Having certificate (i.e: IELTS 6.0+,…) is preferable

  • The ideal candidates must meet these Functional competencies including Talent Management, Performance Management, HR Data Analysis & Reporting.
