ROLE OBJECTIVES:

As a Sales Administrator at Human Capital Solutions - Talentnet, the Sales Administration position plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by ensuring efficient administrative processes, facilitating smooth operations, and contributing to marketing efforts.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Administration tasks (50%):

  • Prepare and manage contracts, quotations, and client records with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Schedule client meetings, appointments, and presentations, optimizing team members' time and resources.
  • Compile and organize internal reports.
  • Maintain efficient document management systems to ensure easy retrieval and access to essential files.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

2. Operations tasks (20%):

  • Assist in organizing training sessions, including logistical arrangements and classroom setup.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
  • Support manage inventory and supplies necessary for training activities, optimizing resource utilization.

3. Marketing tasks (20%):

  • Create promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Coordinate events and promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
  • Assist in digital marketing efforts, including social media management and content creation.

4. Other Assigned Tasks (10%):

  • Flexibly adapt to additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's or college degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven at least 1 year’s working experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the Training or Consulting industry.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Especially in Excel & Power point), Canva, ChatGPT and CRM software.
  • Professional, ethical, good customer service skills.
