Admin Intern - Recruitment focus

Role Objectives:

Admin Intern (Recruitment focus) is responsible for providing full supports in term of back office related tasks including paper works, candidate profiles, operational activities for Executive Search Service Department, Hanoi branch.

Job Description:

• Support format candidate profiles as ESS’s CV form.
• Be in charge of CV input into tools, arrangement by rules.
• Support key in client information on contract template to ESS consultant.
• Work closely with the team to proactively exchange information on the clients and candidates on TRM system.
• Support ESS team post job into Talentnet Website.
• Support searching job on the Market.
• Support engagement activities, logistics at office.
• Be accountable for supporting consultants in all aspects.
• Be proactive and have a positive attitude always to solve problems when happen and continuously improve the efficiency of ESS operation activities

Qualifications:

• Final-year university students majoring in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Foreign Trade or related fields. Expected graduation date should be after August 2025.
• MUST HAVE Student Confirmation or Letter of Internship Introduction from University
• Interested and passionate about administrative processing or seeking to develop a career in the HR field.
• Eager to learn, patient, careful and detail-oriented.
• Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality
• Ability to work full-time in 6 months
• Have planning, time management and organization skills
• Have interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office
