We are looking for the candidate for Finance Supervisor, located in District 1, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.

JOB PURPOSES:

The Finance Supervisor specializing in PowerBI and Data will be responsible for analyzing and visualizing financial data, providing accurate and timely financial reports, and supporting decision-making processes through powerful analytical tools like PowerBI. The role also involves optimizing financial processes and ensuring data quality and reporting accuracy.

RESPONSIBILITY

Financial Data Analyst:

• Collect, process, and analyze financial data from various sources (ERP systems, internal financial systems, etc.).
• Use PowerBI to create interactive, visual financial reports to assist management and teams in making informed, timely decisions.

Financial Reporting and Management:

• Develop and maintain regular financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial reports.
• Build and manage dashboards for real-time financial insights.

Data Management & Process Improvement:

• Work with cross-functional teams to improve data collection, processing, and reporting processes.
• Ensure that financial data is accurate, complete, and adheres to organizational standards.
• Propose and implement automation or process optimization solutions to streamline financial operations.

Collaboration and Support:

• Collaborate with other departments (IT, Operations, etc.) to integrate data systems and improve data flow.
• Support financial forecasting, budgeting, and other strategic initiatives with data-driven insights.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree with major in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of working experience in finance, data analysis, or business intelligence
• Familiarity with ERP systems and data integration is a plus
• Ability to use PowerBI/SQL/PowerQuery/Excel proficiently
