Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a candidate for Marketing Assistant, located in Cambodia.

JOB PURPOSES:

The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team in executing various campaigns and initiatives both online and offline channels to enhance brand visibility. This role involves administrative tasks, creative contributions, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure marketing goals are achieved efficiently.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

a. Marketing Campaign Support:

• Assist in planning, creating, and executing marketing campaigns.
• Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and provide detailed reports.

b. Content Creation:

• Write, edit, and proofread marketing materials, including social media posts, newsletters, and brochures.
• Use the AI design tool to visualize the content pieces across platforms.

c. Digital Marketing:

• Schedule and manage posts across social media platforms.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the company website.
• Work with agency for SEM and SEO optimization.

d. Market Research: 

• Conduct research on competitors and industry trends.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve campaigns.

e. Administrative Tasks:

• Manage and organize marketing materials and assets.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and schedules for the marketing team.
• Handle purchase orders and liaise with vendors and suppliers.

f. Event Coordination:

• Help organize and manage company events, trade shows, and webinars.
• Coordinate logistics and promotional activities.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor’s degree major in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing or a related field (internship experience included)
• Must be a Cambodian nationality.
