NON-REWARD CONSULTING ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support BU Head to develop strategic plan for HRC Non Rewards. In line with Head of HCS, implement the strategic direction and implement operational excellence of Non-Reward Consulting Services.
- Represent Talentnet as a speaker for BIG seminars, events, … (VN & EN)
- Develop key Non-reward HR consulting solutions in L&OD, Talent Management, Succession Plan, Competency Frameworks Design, KPI Setting, Culture Change, Change Management…
- Develop important business development documents and project delivery documents of HRC Non Rewards such as: costing sheets, presentation slides, quotations, proposals, contracts, data collection templates, report templates, …
- Conduct public training or corporate training. Can train executive level of client (VN & EN)
- Manage, coach / mentor, motivate HRC project team members to optimize resources
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the Non-Reward Consulting Service, setting strategic direction and ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive L&OD strategies to enhance client capabilities.
- Design and refine talent and capabilities frameworks to support client organizational growth.
- Assess workforce’s capability and design development plan to close the gap, build succession plan for critical roles
- Drive culture change initiatives and manage change processes effectively.
Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Utilize data and insights to make informed decisions and refine business development approaches.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through personal branding, networking, market research, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored consulting solutions.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional service and addressing any issues promptly.
Product Development & Delivery
- Oversee the development and delivery of training products, ensuring high-quality and impactful learning experiences.
- Collaborate with clients to set and achieve KPIs, providing expert guidance and support.
- Continuously innovate and improve consulting services to meet evolving client needs.
Financial Management
- Manage the P&L for the Non-Reward Consulting Service, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
Client Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert insights and recommendations to clients.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to team members.
REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources management/education/business administration.
- Experience in HR field: min 15 years; or Experience in HRC field: min 4 years
- Relevant certifications such as CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance), SHRM
