BD DIRECTOR

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Building a partner network to serve the search for new and viable industrial parks to analyze and select for grid infrastructure investment.
• Build relationships with industrial park owners in Vietnam.
• Build and manage relationships with state agencies related to industrial park development activities.
• Propose business cooperation models with industrial park owners related to power grid infrastructure.
• Preside over working and negotiating cooperation with industrial park owners.
• Developing rooftop solar power projects & district cooling projects in industrial parks.
• Preside over proposals to participate in seminars and business connection forums related to services in industrial parks.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Bachelor’s Degree and above.
• At least 10 years of experience in the field of industrial park development or services related to industrial parks.
• Having a wide network in the industrial park real estate industry.
• Experience participating in activities related to investment or project management.
• Having good relationships with government agencies.
• At least 7 years of experience in management position.
• Ability to travel in the Northern region.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to communicate in Chinese is preferred.
