RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Focus on KJV VN customers
- Achieve or exceed the KJV VN sales plan according to Business Strategy
- Build, develop and maintain good customer relationship. Manage relationships to Company’s and customer’s mutual advantage
- Search for, recognize, and act upon sales opportunities that contribute to Net Margin development and improvement according to the business strategy
- Manage receivables. Monitor actively credit performance and take corrective action within the business guidelines to meet agreed terms.
- Coordinate all activities at KJV VN customer by various company interests
- Manage first line response on technical inquiries from KJV VN customers
- Manage pricing to maximize margins while retaining wanted business
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: University degree in either textiles, chemical engineering, chemistry or business administration
- Experience:
- 7/10 years of sales or marketing preferably in the chemical industry (Textile Industry is a strong asset).
- Good knowledge and network to Korean Textile Dyeing mills in Vietnam.
- Know-how/skills:
- Fluent Korean and English language speaking are essential.
- Vietnamese languages speaking is a plus.
- Ability to manipulate and manage marketing information and for this reason need to utilize PC equivalent related software. Good understanding of market and customer needs. Level of knowledge relating to more than one product line. Excellent communication skills are required. Ability to manage key account is an asset. Understanding of financial impacts. Flexibility in working time / days for customer events / entertainment.
