RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Shape the Overall Marketing Strategy
- Develop the brand vision, strategy, and growth direction aligned with the company’s long-term business objectives.
- Design the overall marketing plan covering brand, product, communications, sales channels, and customer experience.
- Lead brand positioning initiatives, building a distinctive image and unique value in the minds of consumers.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new development directions and growth opportunities.
- Drive Revenue Growth Through E-commerce
- Develop the online channel growth strategy, increasing revenue contribution from e-commerce, affiliate, and social commerce.
- Direct content, communications, and marketing activities to improve customer conversion across digital platforms.
- Leverage technology, data, and automation to enhance the effectiveness of digital marketing and online sales operations.
- Manage Product Portfolio & Development Strategy
- Lead product direction based on consumer insights and emerging consumption trends.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Business, and Technology teams to develop products tailored to each customer segment.
- Restructure the product portfolio to optimize commercial value and profitability.
- Ensure alignment between product offerings and overall brand identity.
- Build the Brand & Lead Communications
- Develop the overall communications strategy, ensuring consistent and inspiring brand messaging.
- Lead multi-channel communication campaigns (digital, influencer, content, PR) to increase brand awareness, credibility, and sales.
- Build community engagement initiatives to strengthen customer trust and loyalty.
- Oversee and manage communication risks to maintain a positive, modern, and trustworthy brand image.
- Lead & Develop the Team
- Develop the overall communications strategy, ensuring consistent and inspiring brand messaging.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Marketing / Brand / Product, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in brand building, sales channel expansion, product development, and revenue growth.
- Preferred candidates have experience in e-commerce and social commerce.
- Deep understanding of Vietnamese consumers, shopping behaviors, and online consumption trends.
- Strong strategic thinking and result-oriented mindset, with the ability to plan long-term and translate strategies into actionable execution.
- Creative and market-savvy, able to turn ideas into concrete business value.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence at the leadership level.
- Strong data-driven decision-making and performance monitoring capabilities.
- Fluent English proficiency.
