RESPONSIBILITIES:

Human Resources Strategy Development and Implementation:

  • Develop and execute an HR strategy that complements the overall business strategy.
  • Design long-term human resource development plans to meet the need for high-quality staff system-wide.

Team Management and Development:

  • Guide, train, and develop staff to enhance professional capabilities and management skills.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages individual growth and team cohesion.

Compensation, Benefits, and Welfare Management:

  • Develop and manage a competitive and fair compensation, rewards, and benefits system for all employees.
  • Ensure welfare policies and treatment regimes are correctly implemented and effective.

Recruitment and Retention:

  • Propose and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain talent in finance and securities.
  • Develop internal talent assessment and development programs.

Labor Relations and Legal Compliance Management:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, social security, and related regulations.
  • Address labor relations issues and cultivate positive relationships between the company and its employees.

Performance and Personnel Evaluation Management:

  • Develop a job performance evaluation system (KPIs) and manage employee productivity.
  • Assess performance, recommend promotions, transfers, or contract terminations.

Corporate Culture Development:

  • Guide and develop a strong and cohesive corporate culture to support sustainable business growth.
  • Organize activities to enhance team spirit, cultural values, and employee engagement.

Reporting and Advisory:

  • Report directly to the Executive Board (Chairman & CEO) on HR issues, labor situations, and HR development strategies.
  • Advise the Executive Board on decisions related to HR and people development strategies.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Human Resource Management, Economics, Law, or related fields.
  • At least 10 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management position.
  • Deep understanding of labor law, HR management, and regulations related to finance and securities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking ability, result-oriented, and effective problem-solving skills.
