The General Manager is responsible for the overall strategic direction, operations, and financial performance of the company. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business plans and strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Monitor financial performance and take corrective action as needed.
  • Sales and Marketing: Lead the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities, expand market share, and drive revenue growth.
  • Operations Management: Manage day-to-day operations, including procurement, logistics, and supply chain management.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team. Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to team members.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to the business.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10+ years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the trading industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and business acumen.
  • Ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications.
