RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and provide solutions that create positive experiences and add value across all functions of shared services, focusing on delivering common services in areas including:
- Procurement
- Human Resources
- Asset Management
- Information Technology
- Finance (MA, FC, Treasury)
- Quality Assurance
- Communication Center
Monitor compliance before and after the Board of Members makes decisions.
- Produce annual operation forecasting report and strategy
- Oversee and evaluate day-to-day operations
- Identify new market opportunities to accelerate growth
- Present operational strategy recommendations to the CEO based on your market research
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 15 years of executive experience
- Strategic planning and organizational operations
- Strong written and verbal and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
