RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sets the strategic direction of the company. Aligns the strategic direction with the presidents, group CEO and shareholders. Effectively cascades strategic direction to the local team.
- Carries full country P&L responsibility. Ensures top and bottom-line financial goals are met.
- Drives operational excellence in every aspect of the business including sales, marketing, operations and business development. Establish a strong operating rhythm. Builds scalable processes.
- Drives innovation throughout the business. Drives tech, product and service innovations and drives innovative approaches to marketing, sales and operations.
- Ensures proper risk and fraud controls are in place. Ensures the company is compliant with local regulators. Ensures proper internal controls are in place and that all processes are documented and regularly audited.
- Represents the company internally and externally and actively managed internal and external stakeholders.
- Builds and develops a high-performance organization and leadership team.
