Position: Deputy CEO

Reports to: CEO / Chairman of the Board
Location: Hanoi

Job Description

Support the CEO in managing overall company operations, ensuring alignment and efficiency across all functions.

Contribute to long-term strategy, mid-term business planning, and annual operating plans.

Oversee and coordinate key functions such as Business Development, Marketing, Investment, Project Development, and Legal (scope assigned per company structure).

Supervise execution and performance of real estate projects, ensuring targets for revenue, absorption rate, and profitability are achieved.

Collaborate with relevant departments on project legal procedures, product positioning, sales policies, and marketing campaigns.

Establish management systems, processes, and risk control mechanisms to optimize operations.

Represent the company in dealings with partners, investors, and authorities within delegated authority.

Manage human resources, build succession pipelines, and foster a professional, high-performance corporate culture.

Report regularly to the CEO and/or Board of Directors on business performance, providing recommendations and adjustments when necessary.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Construction, Finance, Law; MBA preferred.

Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate, including at least 5 years in senior executive roles.

Strong knowledge of investment, legal, development, and commercial aspects of real estate projects.

Proven ability in strategic management, leadership, and decision-making.

Solid understanding of Vietnam’s real estate market; experience in large-scale urban, residential, hospitality, or industrial projects is a plus.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management with partners, regulators, and investors.

Preferably experienced in large-scale or fast-growing real estate corporations.

Business-oriented mindset, results-driven, adaptable, and resilient under pressure.
