RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and manage the annual budget system of the company
- Assessing operational efficiency and production effectiveness and identifying accountability for profit variance.
- Establish setting of standard labor and overhead rates, standards review, and monitor variances against standard
- Provide training and developing staff to improve the productivity of the division
- Supervise and control employee performance to ensure compliance with Company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports, forecasts, and risk analyses to the executive team and board of directors.
- Monitor cash flow, profitability, and capital expenditures to ensure financial stability.
- Lead financial audits and ensure all financial records and reports are accurate.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and efficient resource allocation.
- Implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and mitigate risks.
- Drive financial planning and analysis processes to support informed business decisions.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, investment, and financial optimization.
- Analyze financial trends and provide recommendations for cost management and resource allocation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree/ Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- At least 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting
- Understanding of organizational structure, operating culture, effective work styles, and management processes to achieve results in a changing environment.
- Strong expertise in financial control, account breakdown reviews, payables, receivables, and cash flow management.
