RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the finance – accounting department, ensuring effective management of financial operations, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international financial regulations and accounting standards (IFRS, VAS).
- Ensure the company’s financial health through effective cash flow, working capital, and cost management strategies.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s business objectives and growth plans.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the Board of Directors, shareholders, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee financial risk management, including currency, interest rate, and other business risks.
- Provide financial leadership and strategic insights to the senior management, supporting decision-making at the highest level.
- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, auditors, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies.
- Develop and oversee internal financial control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture and encouraging professional development.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA, CPA, ACCA, or other advanced professional qualifications preferred).
- Minimum of 10+ years of senior financial management experience, ideally in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in leading financial strategy and managing financial performance at a senior leadership level.
- In-depth knowledge of international accounting standards, financial regulations, tax laws, and risk management practices.
- Demonstrated experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and capital management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
