RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make sales plan monthly, quarterly, yearly.
- Set target for each area.
- Supervise operation of sub-functions according to their targets
- Build sales policy, implement sales-boosting strategies such as merchandising, promotion, branding.
- Make sales report evaluate sales growth monthly, quarterly, yearly.
- Advise Board of Directors in building sales-boosting policy
- Manage departmental operating cost and customer investment cost.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree
- At least 3 years relevant experience in trading field
- Over12 years from university graduation
- Relevant experience in alcoholic industry or FMCG an advantage
- Outgoing with good initiative and interpersonal skills
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Leadership skills & problem-solving skills.
- Work independently and under high pressure.
- Good command of English
