🎯 Role Overview
As a key member of the Marketing function within the Communications, Brand Management & Marketing Center, you will play an active role in one or more of the following areas — helping to strengthen the brand presence and engagement of our client with customers and the public:
Corporate Marketing: Manage brand strategy and integrated marketing activities to build the reputation and image of the bank.
Product Marketing: Lead integrated marketing campaigns to promote products/services, features, promotions, and activations that drive sales, profitability, and customer loyalty.
Field Marketing: Oversee brand image and marketing execution across branch networks and out-of-home (OOH) advertising channels.
Digital Marketing: Manage digital content channels, online advertising, and digital communications for both corporate and product campaigns.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Support and advise on marketing strategy development and operational management.
Build and manage a marketing intelligence system to track market trends, competitors, customer insights, and internal performance.
Develop marketing plans and manage budgets aligned with business strategy and organizational objectives.
Coordinate and monitor the effectiveness of brand and marketing campaigns under your scope.
Lead, coach, and develop marketing team members and specialists within your area. Design and optimize internal marketing processes.
Collaborate closely with other teams within the PRM Center (Communications, Design, other Marketing functions) under the spirit of “One Team – One Dream” to ensure unified brand and product representation.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.
📋 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in Marketing, with 2+ years in team or project management roles within Marketing/Communications.
Strong analytical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
Creative and content-savvy with strong ideation capability.
Proactive, energetic, and highly organized.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented, fast learner, and able to work under pressure.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
