RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop Sales Strategy:
    • Formulate and execute comprehensive sales plans that align with business goals and objectives.
    • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
    • Continuously evaluate and adjust strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions. 
  • Achieve Revenue Targets:
    • Take ownership of revenue generation and sales growth targets across all product lines and regions.
    • Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
    • Implement effective sales forecasting and planning processes. 
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Build, mentor, and lead a high performing sales team.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities for team members. 
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
    • Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and support.
    • Ensure effective communication of customer feedback and market insights to relevant teams. 
  • Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Integration:
    • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize online presence, customer acquisition strategies, and ecommerce performance.
    • Leverage digital channels and platforms to enhance sales effectiveness and reach target audiences.
    • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and implement best practices to drive online sales growth. 
  • Cross Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing, product development, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales efforts with overall business strategies.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision making.
  • Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for senior management on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fi eld (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of Business Development / Account management experience 
  • Previously demonstrated experience in leading and/or building corporate Business Development or B2B
  • Proven track record of success in pitching and executing new business deals
  • Proven experience as a senior sales leader, ideally within the cosmetics or beauty industry. 
  • Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and driving sales growth. 
  • Experience in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and online advertising.
