RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop Sales Strategy:
- Formulate and execute comprehensive sales plans that align with business goals and objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Continuously evaluate and adjust strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Achieve Revenue Targets:
- Take ownership of revenue generation and sales growth targets across all product lines and regions.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Implement effective sales forecasting and planning processes.
- Leadership and Team Management
- Build, mentor, and lead a high performing sales team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and support.
- Ensure effective communication of customer feedback and market insights to relevant teams.
- Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Integration:
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize online presence, customer acquisition strategies, and ecommerce performance.
- Leverage digital channels and platforms to enhance sales effectiveness and reach target audiences.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and implement best practices to drive online sales growth.
- Cross Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product development, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales efforts with overall business strategies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision making.
- Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for senior management on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fi eld (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of Business Development / Account management experience
- Previously demonstrated experience in leading and/or building corporate Business Development or B2B
- Proven track record of success in pitching and executing new business deals
- Proven experience as a senior sales leader, ideally within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
- Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and driving sales growth.
- Experience in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and online advertising.
