Labor Compliance and Manpower Outsourcing Supervisor

- Visit clients to introduce company services.
- Be accountable for managing the Outsourcing Service for clients.
- Make sure all activities related to the contractors contain Onboarding and Off Boarding process, Labor Management, Payroll Processing, Consultancy, Insurance, tax on salary and company standard and process.
- Investigate and consult the solution for client questions.
Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships and maintain regular communication to understand their workforce needs.
- Collaborate with clients to identify staffing requirements, job descriptions, and desired qualifications for outsourced positions.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing any concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of service delivery.
Workforce Recruitment and Management:
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for outsourced positions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for client requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding processes, including background checks, reference checks, and necessary documentation.
Payroll Supervision:
- Oversee the payroll process for outsourced employees, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
- Maintain payroll records and handle any payroll-related inquiries or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure compliance with payroll regulations and policies.
Labor Compliance Responsibilities:
- Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to outsourced workforce management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, including employment contracts, working hours, leave entitlements, and employee benefits.
- Implement and enforce labor compliance policies and procedures for the outsourced workforce.
