About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Director to lead brand strategy, build scalable marketing systems, and drive breakthrough growth. This role is critical in positioning our brands, leading integrated campaigns, and ensuring marketing contributes directly to revenue and market share expansion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy (40%)
Define and differentiate brand positioning, architecture, and core values.
Ensure strong and distinctive brand identity versus competitors.
Collaborate closely with Product and Business teams to align product-market fit and communication.
2. Marketing Operations (20%)
Build and manage marketing functions: brand, media, ads, e-commerce, KOC/KOL, CRM.
Establish OKRs/KPIs, reporting systems, and workflows.
Lead digital transformation projects to enable data-driven decision making.
Design automated data pipelines for performance tracking.
3. Growth & Revenue Campaigns (40%)
Set quarterly objectives on traffic, sales, customer acquisition, and market share.
Lead large-scale campaigns: seasonal sales, store launches, brand rollouts.
Deliver measurable business growth through marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Must-have:
Male, born 1980–1993.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
10+ years of marketing experience in FMCG, Fashion, Beauty, or E-commerce.
3+ years in CMO/Marketing Director role at high-growth companies (≥50% YoY, revenue > VND 2,000B).
Proven expertise in:
Brand strategy & execution (not only performance marketing).
Leading multi-functional marketing teams (≥15 members).
Running successful branding, product launch, and sales campaigns.
Connecting Branding – E-commerce – Retail.
Strong leadership, IMC campaign management, KPI system building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice-to-have:
International education or work experience.
Background in Tech, FMCG, or Retail (fast-paced environments).
Exposure to top corporate cultures (e.g., Google, Netflix, Unilever).
Outstanding achievements (academic or extracurricular).
