RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Business development, build strong relationships with brands & accounts as valued partners to drive Ecommerce growth sustainably.
- Establish, develop 3 solid teams of Campaign & Merchandising, Media. Allocates resources.
- Lead team to plan and execute all e-Marketing projects in order to deliver clients’ business results and KPIs including but not limited to: Campaign and Merchandise, Paid -Owned- Earned Media, marketing database, social media.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Merchandising Excellence to drive Clients performance in terms of business growth, brand activeness & brand penetration in E-commerce, ranking of brands within the platform.
- Manage onsite tools of ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki…) in order to support project/campaign planning and execution.
- Plan and execute social commerce activities including influencer and KOL marketing.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Responsible and accountable for full P&L management including brand marketing investment, growth and bottom-line delivery.
- Reach prospective brands and communicate the business benefits to generate partnership opportunities.
- Monitor E-Commerce trends, interesting initiatives and market best practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 5-year experience in a similar position.
- Experience in ecommerce or/and KOL marketing is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Strong communication & ability to proactively manage relationships.
- Willing to learn & can-do attitude.
- Working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Fluency in English is preferred.
