- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure team success.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key dealerships, distributors, and strategic partners to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee the development and implementation of effective sales strategies for both online and offline channels, leveraging data analytics and market insights to optimize performance.
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and market differentiation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the automotive, consumer electronics, or related industry in similar positions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Experience in both online and offline sales channels, with a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and retail operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; familiarity with sales analytics tools is desirable.
