Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research and identify opportunities for new products or improvements.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and oversee development from concept to launch.
• Work closely with internal teams (IT, analytics, sales, marketing) to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and drive continuous enhancement based on data insights.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, especially with digital or data-driven products.
• Familiarity with analytics, agile methodology, and financial services is a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Khmer, with a customer-focused, proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
