RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working with customers, planning production for 8 factories under the company on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis to meet customer demands.
- Implementing, monitoring, and controlling production plans with the factory to ensure progress, quality, and cost efficiency of production.
- Urging production departments and handling arising situations to ensure completion according to the plan.
- Establishing a reporting system and summarizing production data.
- Updating and reporting progress status and plan implementation results regularly.
- Collaborating and coordinating with outsourcing partners following the prescribed procedures.
- Organizing and overseeing all activities of the department.
- Assigning tasks to employees.
- Providing training to enhance the knowledge and skills of department employees.
- Evaluating the job performance of personnel in the department.
- Adjusting positions and job assignments of department personnel (if necessary).
- Coordinating with relevant departmental units during the work process.
- Carrying out tasks assigned by the company.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Graduated from University in Economics or related fields.
- Candidates with experience in fashion companies will be given priority.
- Deep understanding of the garment manufacturing industry.
- Possess logical thinking, analytical skills, and quick with data.
- Honest, enthusiastic, dynamic, eager to learn, responsible, and highly effective at work.
- Excellent teamwork and independent working skills, able to handle work pressure well.
- Good communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office
