Job Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and manage social programs across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Design, plan, and oversee community engagement initiatives and student development programs to maximize effectiveness.
- Lead, coach, and develop a skilled team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities, NGOs, and community partners.
- Monitor program performance, manage budgets, and prepare reports to ensure continuous improvement and accountability.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Community Development, Public Administration, or related fields; Master’s degree is an advantage.
- At least 10 years of experience in community engagement or program management, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and program evaluation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in English.
- Proven experience in leading teams through change and driving organizational transformation.
