Real Estate Sales Director

Reports to: CEO / Executive Board
Location: Hanoi

Job Description

Develop and implement short-, mid-, and long-term sales strategies for the real estate business.

Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitors to propose effective business strategies.

Take full responsibility for achieving assigned targets in revenue, profit, and market share.

Lead, manage, and develop the sales team at all levels.

Collaborate closely with Marketing, Legal, Investment, and Construction teams to ensure sales progress and business efficiency.

Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, agencies, and key clients.

Propose sales policies, promotions, and incentive programs tailored to each business phase.

Train and coach the sales team, fostering a professional and results-driven sales culture.

Advise senior management on market opportunities and new product development.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields.

Minimum 8 years of experience in real estate sales, including at least 3 years in a senior management role.

Proven track record in managing sales for large-scale residential, resort, or urban development projects.

Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

In-depth knowledge of Vietnam’s real estate market and relevant legal frameworks.

Strong network with agencies, distributors, and institutional/individual investors is a plus.

Results-oriented, resilient, and able to perform under high pressure.
