Job Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors during check-in and check-out processes.
• Answer and manage incoming calls and messages from clients and agencies.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of services provided to customers.
• Represent the front desk professionally and ensure smooth visitor handling.
• Support the customer service team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in customer service or a related field.
• Proficient in both Khmer and English communication.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office tools.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar receptionist or customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
