RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute Business & Marketing Plans
    • Organize, implement, and supervise the execution of business objectives and sales policies.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication and marketing activities.
  • Manage & Develop Distribution Channels and Customers
    • Manage, assess, and expand the network of distributors and retail agents.
    • Monitor receivables, overdue debts, and bad debts in the assigned area.
    • Control inventory turnover; coordinate supply appropriately; prevent cross-region selling and price violations.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and local government authorities.
  • Team Management & Digital Tools Utilization
    • Assign tasks, coach, supervise, and develop staff competencies.
    • Propose organizational structures for the sales force based on geography and business phases.
    • Foster a positive working culture that respects company standards and values.
    • Input data, generate reports, and perform analysis using digital tools; leverage data to evaluate sales and marketing effectiveness.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing.
  • Proven experience and capability in managing distributor networks and building retail channels.
  • Strong market knowledge and competitor insights in the assigned region.
