RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute Business & Marketing Plans
- Organize, implement, and supervise the execution of business objectives and sales policies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication and marketing activities.
- Manage & Develop Distribution Channels and Customers
- Manage, assess, and expand the network of distributors and retail agents.
- Monitor receivables, overdue debts, and bad debts in the assigned area.
- Control inventory turnover; coordinate supply appropriately; prevent cross-region selling and price violations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and local government authorities.
- Team Management & Digital Tools Utilization
- Assign tasks, coach, supervise, and develop staff competencies.
- Propose organizational structures for the sales force based on geography and business phases.
- Foster a positive working culture that respects company standards and values.
- Input data, generate reports, and perform analysis using digital tools; leverage data to evaluate sales and marketing effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing.
- Proven experience and capability in managing distributor networks and building retail channels.
- Strong market knowledge and competitor insights in the assigned region.
