Manage Top line and Bottom-line
- Drive sales growth and profitability of the Partner Retail Business in the allocated segments.
- Ensure the integrity and efficiency of the Retails Business Models
- Manage Support Function Cost- both direct and indirect (allocated costs) – towards high efficiency
Strategy development and deployment:
- Direct responsibility for the formulation of Partner Retail business strategy and its execution within Cambodia country:
- Development of effective sales methodologies and processes and deploy
- Market selection, programs, tactics, pricing
- Development and execution of the strategic process to secure pipeline opportunities
People management and development
- Lead and manage the people, grow talent to ensure we have the appropriate competencies and expertise to meet current and future business goals and priorities
- Develop and implement a high-performance sales culture practices in the team
- Identify and develop talents in the sales and operations team
- Upgrade the Team’s competencies, sales expertise, and sales behavioral level.
- Recruit the right sales and sales support talents to continue driving growth in sales and profitability
- Provide frequent coaching, feedback and management support to internal Retail talents
Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure customer intimacy and build added-value relationships with relevant customers (e.g. end-users, distributors, electricians...)
Promote cross-selling and global solutions including all Schneider Electric expertise domains to our customers in the market
- Work closely with other BUs to secure the project with full solution available within Schneider Electric
Team player & team spirit
- Maintain positive working climate.
- Develop good relations with Retail team and Cross-function teams to resolve issues, follow up action plans and keep abreast of information and latest update
