Sales Executive IVD - Cambodia
Apply nowRESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible project for IVD products;
- Establish strong relationship with all relevant people within client organization;
- Prepare accurate territory business plan to achieve sales target and objective, territory: Phnom Penh, and assigned territories;
- Assist the Sales Manager and Sales Supervisor in planning the establishment and maintenance of the account and support business planning;
- Be responsible for meeting sales objectives including the delivery of the business result in terms of sales target and market share;
- Monitor competitive activities in the market and participating in development and implementation of response strategy;
- Look for new customers in area in charge, develop new market as per instructed, implement agreed sales and promotion activities with clients;
- Understand internal structure of client’s organization to establish, maintain and develop strong relationship with all relevant people within clients’ organization;
- Consult, introduce new products, provide recommendation about the new products;
- Develop consumable and equipment sales of sales funnel as per established sales budgets;
- Follow up to ensure products are installed and operated as per established procedures;
- Responsible for proper quotation to be prepared with collaboration from related people and approved by Sales Manager;
- Coordinate with other stake holders (Operation and Finance) to collect the outstanding payment;
- Continuously develop and update customer-data base will all information related in the CRM;
- Report all activities and issues related to responsibility accordingly to report formats;
- In charge of doing monthly sales forecast and monthly stock forecasting;
- Handle and report all product complains in cooperation with management, operations and services team;
- Report and develop client’s interest to maximize mutual benefits of company and client;
- Take care of customer, guidance and provide information, report all order immediate and follow up to ensure client interests are well taken care of;
- Handle customer complaint and ensure proper solution is implemented;
