RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Business Performance Management:
- Develop and implement market development strategies in Vietnam: Identify market expansion opportunities and establish short-term and long-term business plans.
- Develop sales policies and develop distribution channels:
- Research, develop, and update sales programs to attract customers and potential partners in the B2B market.
- Expand customer databases in untapped markets, segments, and industries.
- Monitor and optimize sales activities to achieve target revenue.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through multiple channels.
- Human Resources Management:
- Train and develop sales team.
- Monitor work performance to provide assessments and development orientation.
- Create a positive working environment, encourage creativity.
- Ensure departmental staff comply with the Company's policies, procedures, and standards.
- Work closely with the management team and other departments.
- Prepare timely and transparent reports for the board of directors: Report on business performance and propose strategies.
- Perform other tasks as directed by the board of directors.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Have at least 05 years of experience in a similar position.
- Have knowledge and experience in ERP solutions and other related software solutions.
- Experience in building and managing a high-performance human resource team.
- Have logical thinking about developing strategies to expand the market and promote sales growth.
- Skills in building and maintaining relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders.
- Ability to understand needs with a “Customer-focused” sales mindset and effective communication.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- University degree.
