• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting related to sales.
• Advise clients on technical solutions and ensure successful project implementation.
• Understand import/export processes to facilitate smooth shipping operations.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales management or business development, preferably in electronics or HVAC.
• Knowledge of Cambodian market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems, sales management software, and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in Khmer and English (spoken and written)
