Job Responsibilities:
• Perform daily outlet visits in allocated areas.
• Conduct and execute sales and marketing activities to meet company objectives.
• Ensuring product representation is visible and well always stocked in outlets.
• Develop solid and long-term influential relationships with distributors and all outlets in assigned territory.
• Work closely with the distributor team to achieve sales target set.
• Collect market intelligence on the needs of customers.
• Keep supervisor informed of sales activities and channel performance by submitting timely and accurate activity reports.
• Perform related duties as assigned from time to time as required by the company.
Job Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration/ Studies, Commerce or Management
• At least 1 - 2 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably from an FMCG in an MNC type of organization.
• Excellent communicatory and good interpersonal skills, able to handle difficult business situations and able to persuade and negotiate well.
• Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
• The ability to demonstrate energy, sense of urgency, focus and follow through that deliver high quality results.
• Required to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public. Honest and with integrity.
• Good command of English, written and spoken; arithmetic skill required and computer literate.
• Require possession of a valid state driving license and be able to drive a vehicle with willingness to work on a flexible schedule with night market visits.
