RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the implementation process and continue to refine by bringing innovative ideas to enhance efficiency
- Maintain Release Calendar and conduct weekly release planning meeting with project teams and track the production deployment readiness.
- Assist in managing inter-dependencies between various systems to enable team to adhere to schedules
- Produce Consolidated Runsheet for Integrated releases
- Go/no-go decision facilitation for production deployments
- Produce the Integrated roll-back plan agreed by the stakeholders
- Formalize Hypercare Incident process
- Lead and support the production Deployment
- Go/no-go decision facilitation post production deployment in case of any issues
- Facilitate BVT Planning and execution
- Hypercare Planning, co-ordination and monitoring hypercare chat during hypercare period
- Manage the incidents and coordinate investigation with technology partners, understanding business impacts and appropriately prioritising fixes, to ensure there is minimal disruption to business activities.
- Facilitate daily Hypercare meetings during hypercare period
- Send out Hypercare Daily summary report
- Conduct Post Implementation Review and document the process for improvement
REQUIRED SOFT SKILLS
- Experience working in Large transformation programs
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships between system teams
- Identify opportunities to enhance our delivery processes and contribute to the successful of project delivery.
- High skill level with relevant software, CRM, or project management tools.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Rally, JIRA, Confluence and ServiceNow
- Proven ability in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
