Co-ordinate Moen VN team and Moen’s local distributors in executing company’s policies and achieving business objective / sales target in North/Central Vietnam
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, architects, and industry associations.
Develop new project sales opportunities in North/Central Vietnam and keep track of project pipeline
Lead, manage and support new/existing distributor channel, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure the achievement of company objectives
Supervise the operation of local distributors and work closely with them for continuous improvement
Identify and raise product adaptation/new product opportunities in order to meet local market requirements and increase sales potential
Constantly monitor market dynamics and report the latest movements of key competitors in the market
Support brand building / marketing activities in local market
Other adhoc work/assignment requested by the manager
Critical Competencies:
At least 5+ years in sales experience, preferably in project channel, in the relevant industries(Kitchen and bathroom product industry is preferred); Retail sales experience is bonus;
Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth and sales network development.
Strong knowledge of the North Vietnam market and industry dynamics in the sanitaryware and fitting or construction sector.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Have team-spirit, while being able comfortable to work and deliver results independently
Being honest and passionate on daily work
Demonstrate high willingness to take on new challenges and work in undefined territories.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Able to travel frequently within Viet Nam.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor degree a must, business/commercial background;
Fluent English in written and oral communication is a must;
Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint etc.
