Super User - Warehouse

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process Optimization: Analyze and improve existing warehouse processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
• Technology Implementation: Collaborate with technology teams to design, test, and implement new technology solutions that support warehouse operations.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and ensure their needs are met.
• Warehouse operations management, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems.
• Develop and enforce warehouse policies and procedures.
• Lead and manage warehouse staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow.
• Plan and organize warehouse activities.
• Manage physical material flow and ensure proper disposal of scrap.
• Optimize warehouse processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and address discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Material Management team on inventory issues.
• Lead cost improvement projects and ensure follow-up on action plans.
• Conduct safety training and investigate accidents.
• Implement strategies to maximize warehouse space utilization.

REQUIREMENTS:

• From 05 years of experience in manufacturing, with a focus on supply chain and warehouse operations.
• Proven expertise in SAP, particularly Warehouse Management.
